Hastings VE Day Celebrations 2005

In 2005, the nation celebrated sixty years of the end of World War 2, with the main events taking place in London.  However, Hastings and St Leonards had its own celebration in Alexandra Park on VE Day (signifying the allies victory in Europe on Tuesday May 8 1945) and we have some exclusive photographs here courtesy of local photographer Thor Taylor.
