Rye Festival- first 3 weeks of September

The wonderful light and its microclimate have made Rye a haven for artists and writers. The perfect backdrop for a festival of the arts! The Rye Festival was founded in 1972 and is named as one of the top ten small festivals in Britain. The emphasis is on musical quality, intellectual weight, style and fun.
